Jens Winther is an author, composer, musician, director and creative director at the advertising agency Winther’s, and the creator of a wealth of advertising campaigns over the past 40 years. He runs the website GOT TO SEE THIS where he reviews opera, theatre and musicals in Denmark and abroad. He is also the father of four daughters.

Since 2019, I have been reviewing opera, theatre and musicals in Denmark and on major stages abroad
I grew up with opera, but chose a career in advertising. As creative director, I have been the creator of countless advertising campaigns over the past 40 years.
My father was the director of the Sydney Opera House, and my mother was an opera singer at the Royal Theatre. It was only as an adult that I fell in love with opera myself.
